BIRDING TOUR [13 days/ 12 nights]
TOUR NO: GDT010 - Papua New Guinea is a birder’s paradise. The Kiunga and the Tabubil areas are famous for its wonderful display tree of the Greater Bird of Paradise. While the Tari Basin is the home to many spectacular Birds of Paradise including the King of Saxony and the Blue Bower Bird of Paradise. The Tari Gap area offers 13 different species of the Birds of Paradise. Combining these areas is an opportunity to see different species of the lowlands and the highlands including other bird sites throughout the country.
COASTAL & HIGHLANDS SAFARIS [ 9 days/ 8 nights]
TOUR NO: GDT011 - A combination of the Islands and Highlands covering the volcanic town of Rabaul, devastated by the twin eruptions of Mt. Tavurvur and Mt. Vulcan. Mt. Tavurvur is still spewing smokes and there is continues downfall of ashes. Flying across the Bismarck Sea, you arrive in the mountainous highlands region landing in Goroka, home of the famous mud masked men “Asaro Mudmen”. You explore this area traveling up to the central highlands township of Mt. Hagen and further inland to the home of the Enga people. Here live approximately 600,000 people who speak just one common dialect with English and Pidgin English being their second or third languages respectively. After you have covered both these regions, you can say I have covered Papua New Guinea.
MADANG & HIGHLANDS EXPERIENCE [8 days/ 7 nights]

Madang is located along the equator with excellent views of the volcanic islands of Karkar and Manam. Manam island volcano is still active and smoke and dust are still spewing. You fly deep into the mountains of New Guinea where you learn about the various cultures and traditions of these ethnic mountainous group of people. The scenery is excellent as the people with their unique cultures and traditions.

HULI TREK [6 days/ 5 nights]
TOUR NO: GDT014 - Tari is the home of the Huli wig man. These group of people have only come under government control in the last 50 years. Their way of living, traditions, cultures, burial rites, customs etc have not been influenced by the modern technologies and they still live as they have for thousands of years. They are unique and fierce warriors with their large human hair wigs and colorful face painting decorations.
MT. WILHELM CLIMB [6 days/ 5 nights]
TOUR NO: GDT015 - Mt. Wilhelm at 4509m above sea level is the highest mountain in Papua New Guinea. It has rugged peaks with well formed trails leading to the summit. The ascent crosses diverse and beautiful terrain with open grassland on the slopes and granite predominant in the higher levels. It is not a technical climb nor do you need ropes or high altitude mountain climbing gear required. Mt Wilhelm can be climbed all year around except try avoiding the rainy periods as it can be very slippery to climb.
KOKODA TRAIL PROGRAM [9 days/8 nights]
TOUR NO: GDT016 - The 96km Kokoda Trail is one of the world’s great treks linking the southern and northern coasts of Papua New Guinea. This was the scene of some of the fierce and bloodiest battles of WWII and again this was where the advancing Japanese troops lost their campaign to claim Port Moresby from the “back door” in their ultimate goal to capture Australia. The trek passes through rugged mountainous terrains, alpine forest, jungles of fern, orchids and fresh water mountain streams. The trek is rated as moderate to hard and recommend clients between the ages of 18 – 50 years and must be physically fit.
